HMS CHARGER is a patrol vessel, she was built by WATERCROFT LTD at Shoreham-by-sea in 1988 the same year she was commissioned. CHARGER is based at the Royal Navy Headquarters in Liverpool, she has a crew of 4 a displacement of 49 tons and a cruising speed of 18 knots, powered by ROLLS-ROYCE turbo engines. "BALMORAL" the first cruise ship to visit Liverpool in 2012
FRED OLSEN CRUISE LINES flagship "BALMORAL" is the first cruise ship to visit LIVERPOOL in 2012, the ship is due exactly within a month from today. "BALMORAL" was built in 1988 as the "CROWN ODISSEY", she was acquired by FOCL in 2007, she is 43.537 GRT and has capacity for just under 1800 passengers
